Registered Clinical Counsellor Rates

Fees & Payment

Fees are set in accordance with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC) fee schedule and the professional standards.

  • Couples Counselling: $180 (+GST) / 50- min session or
    $210 (+GST)/ 90- min session
  • Individual Counselling: $150 (+GST) / 50- min session

Packages

  • 8 Sessions: $1250 (50- min sessions)
  • 10 sessions: $1550 (50- min sessions)
  • 12 sessions: $18000 (50- min sessions)

 

  • 8 Sessions: $880 (50- min sessions)
  • 10 sessions: $1050 (50- min sessions)
  • 12 sessions: $1200 (50- min sessions)

Insurance Coverage
Counselling with a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) is covered under many extended health benefit plans! Please check with your insurance provider or with your human resources representative at your workplace.

Payment Options

Payment is due immediately at the time of booking. Payment may be made by e-transfer, debit or credit card. A receipt will be provided for all services.

Cancellation Notice:

We kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us the opportunity to offer the time slot to another client in need.

Late Cancellations and No-Shows:

If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice or fail to attend your scheduled session (no-show), you will be charged the full fee for the missed session. We understand that emergencies happen, and we will consider individual circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
